I can't believe it has been August since I have posted on my blog. I will be off for the next two weeks so I am going to blog like crazy!

Libby is growing like a weed! She nows wears 2T . The pants are a little big though. She is crazy about barbie, lipstick and her favorite shows are Kia Lin, Dora , I Carli and Josh and Drake.

She is a girly girly, but also likes to fight with her big brothers. Life is good at the Weinantz House.

First Day of School!

I can't believe that it is that time again! Jamison is in the 3rd grade. Addison is a Freshman.

Our first Reunion....I can hardly wait!

It has been over two years since we last saw our friends that we met thru our adoption. We are going to Minnesota to visit with them next week. These Moms (along with Terri) shared the same rotten agency with us. I call them my adoption Sisters. We ended up being our own agency. They all were such a support group during this difficult journey. They were all instrumental in helping us get Libby home. They also kept me sane during this difficult time. Well all those times are over and I am ready to celebrate with them and with all of our children who are NOW HOME!!!! WOO HOO!!!. Minnesota and the Mall of America will never be the same after we all visit.

Last Day of Bible School

The kids are having a blast at Vacation Bible school this week! We are all sad that this is the last day.

Day Camp 2009

Whew, I survived day camp with 20+ boys in our Miami Tribe. I was truly glad that this was the last day. When Jamison told me on the way home that he wished he had just one more day at camp.I knew then it was all worth the getting up early, packing the cooler, fighting the bugs, the heat, the rain and the dirt and mud that we endured. He will only be little for such a short time, and I want him to have happy memories of his childhood that include me.

I Survived another year of Day Camp!

School is out for the Summer!

I am one happy Mom! I enjoy so much spending the summer with my kids. Our last day was last Thursday. I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. We have had Anniversary Parties, Graduations, I had a club meeting on Tuesday at my house and I have a Sunday School Party this Sunday.

Now it is finally time for my family fun. We are all camping out on the Indians baseball field after the game, now I am not much of a camper, but my kids wanted to go so I gave in. I doubt if I sleep much, this is a sold out event, so imagine being surrounded with kids (cubscouts, boyscouts, and sibilings) ages 2-17 . Now how much sleep do you think anyone will get.

Here's one for the record! I was flabbergasted!

Ok, I have been warned that people would ask questions, about Libby. I never dreamed they would ask this question! I had to keep from busting out laughing.

We were at the Portrait Studio getting Spring Pictures of the kids, and the Lady says is she adopted? I was dumbfounded and finally said yes. She said Oh really?

That just made my day!
